Manage and reduce symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, including:

  • Improve mood and reduce anxiety.

  • Reducing histamine levels which often increase during perimenopause causing various symptoms.

Nutritional therapy is a holistic approach to wellness, it is based on the functional medicine approach to health, which aims to provide the body with what it needs to rebalance and restore health.

I take a scientific approach to health and our plans are evidence based.  I incorporate the latest research on diet and lifestyle to give you a plan that is based on science and not guesswork.

To help get to the root cause of health conditions, I have access to highly reputable laboratory testing.  I will sometimes recommend testing – including stool, blood and DNA – to help understand what might be causing your ill health.  These tests are an extra cost, so I will only suggest them for you if I truly believe they will help.
