I take a scientific approach to health and our plans are evidence based. I incorporate the latest research on diet and lifestyle to give you a plan that is based on science and not guesswork.

To help get to the root cause of health conditions, I have access to highly reputable laboratory testing. I will sometimes recommend testing – including stool, blood and DNA – to help understand what might be causing your ill health. These tests are an extra cost, so I will only suggest them for you if I truly believe they will help.
