Consultation Fees

All consultations are by appointment only. A friend or family member is most welcome to attend the consultation. A parent or guardian must accompany children under the age of 18 years of age.

One to one consultation plus follow-up Includes:
• Pre consultation health questionnaire
• Analysis of health questionnaire
• 1 ½ hour initial consultation
• Body Composition analysis (including BMI, fat and muscle
percentage, visceral fat, metabolic age and basal metabolic rate).
• Discussion of findings
• Eating plans, meal/menu ideas and recipes
• Nutritional information sheets
• Recommendation of tests if appropriate
• Supplement prescription with discount from supplier
• Between visit email and phone support
• Follow-up consultation 4-8 weeks after initial consultation
(1hour max)

Price for the one to one package with follow-up is £120 (must be paid for at the initial consultation and follow-up consultation must be used within 6 months of initial consultation)

Additional follow-up consultations are charged at £45 per session
(1 hour max)

Complete package £150 (payable in full at initial visit) - Includes:
• Initial consultation (90 minutes)
• 2 follow-up visits (45-60 minute each visit)
• 12 week between visit email and phone support
