About Me
I am a fully qualified BANT registered nutritional therapist who completed my training at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition, an accredited course, founded by Patrick Holford, author
of the ‘Optimum Nutrition Bible’.
I have always been fascinated by food and sought nutritional therapy myself to optimise my digestive health. The positive effects and long-term health benefits that I gained from following a programme of diet and lifestyle changes inspired me to pursue a career in nutritional therapy so that I could provide evidence-based advice to optimise the health of others.
As well as a passion for nutrition, I have always enjoyed sport and have competed at County level athletics. Having had an athletic background, I understand the importance of good nutrition in order to optimise sports performance and energy levels.
I deal with all areas of nutrition but my special interests lie particularly in digestive health, supporting a healthy blood sugar balance, optimising energy production and sports nutrition.
